The real time image processing and tracking is done in the sensor’s quad-core CPU, while in the Neural Net Accelerator module inferencing takes place.
The processed data like number of counted people or cars or occupancy data around desks is sent to the Back End via the communication module of sensors.
Finally all of the uploaded sensory data is analyzed and processed in the Back End.
We sell interface modules to third parties.
We also sell our final sensory products to third parties.
We provide also to third parties or endusers full fledged cloud services.
Only two screews are needed to fix our sensors
Sensors operational information’s are presented in the BE, but in case we can also access sensors remotely.
Via Back End or granulated data, statistics in regular Excel Sheets.
We have over 10 years of experiences by using Time of Flight sensory technologies in people, visitor counting & Automated Passenger Counting (APC). We were one of the first company in Europe who deployed already this technology back to year 2012.
We intend to be the pioneer company in Europe deploying Deep Learning based AI in people, visitor counting & Automated Passenger Counting (APC). We made our first installations already in year 2021.
Thanks to high resolution, high FOV and sufficient FPS of both PassCount 3D TOF & PassCount AI sensors and well tested and proven image processing and Deep Learning technologies > 99 % accuracy is maintained subject to any lighting and environmental conditions and regardless of door height and width and passenger, people crowds, independent of direction of motion of passengers or people. It works in total darkness and sunshine.
The footprint of the sensor is only 100 x 70 x 27 mm (L x W x H) and with the usage of brackets, time of installation is short. Sensors are also wireless (WiFi, BT or NB-IoT is on board), therefore only 24 DC power supply or door status signal is needed. A flush mount version of the enclosure is also available upon request. Easy installation is also enhanced by our user-friendly software, where parameter setting could be done on the spot or via cloud as all devices are accessible remotely.
The 3D printed or CNC machined enclosures or aluminum alloys with IP65 environmental protection class, with extended – 20 to + 85°C temperature range of operation of all hardware components and with low power consumption makes the 3D PassCount or PassCount AI counters ideal for any types of transport APC or commercial applications.
Low Life Cycle Costs are ensured by using Unix/Linux operating software and on-board diagnostic systems in place, where error messages and warnings are stored in a remote database system in the cloud or dedicated server of PTOs, operators. The MTBF of counters is over 300k hours, subject to periodic operation (in case of transport vehicle deployment, counters only active when doors are opened, otherwise idle), while MTTR < 30 minutes in case of vehicle application !
